The Sourcery, a recruiting firm dedicated to helping startups grow their teams, tasked us with developing new messaging and positioning to help differentiate how they sell their recruiting services, as well as build the company a new website.
Together we built a comprehensive company manifesto, including identifying their value proposition, elevator pitch, and product strategy. As part of their new brand identity, we developed a new website on WordPress, with fresh content including customer testimonials, and we helped them focus their blogging strategy to include thought leadership and best practice articles. Wanting an organic visual experience, we photographed their entire staff and office to be part of the visuals for the website, which gives the site an on-brand and authentic appeal.
